There are plenty of reasons Fox Cigar would want to open in this area of Tempe, including its proximity to large shopping and dining districts like Tempe Marketplace and its quick freeway access. It is also close to large residential areas in Tempe and Mesa.

Fox Cigar was represented by Nick Miner of The Moser Group USA and the seller was represented by Ken McQueen at Lee & Associates.
